We bring a fresh perspective, create an inspiring work environment, and provide a clear, structured plan for success. With our hands-on guidance, you can rest assured that your income is protected, and you’ll stay informed every step of the way as we help elevate your business to new heights. You will also receive detailed progress reports throughout the process.

For best results, the staff must be informed that a new team is now operating the business either on your behalf or under some form of purchase agreement. It is difficult to get staff and crew onboard when they see the same faces and personalities who may have led the business to the point that it needs Mike Davis' team. Once in place, our team will handle everything from top to bottom and, when necessary submit fully transparent weekly reports to seller/owner.

After a formal introduction to the staff, we use information agreed upon in a collaborative  management agreement, working closely with clients to define project goals, timelines, and expectations.

After carefully evaluating the business and developing a feasible strategy, Mike Davis will discuss many creative ways for you to work with us. Often, we have several programs to assure that you will prosper when entering into a deal with us.
