Mike Davis is a longtime entertainment professional with decades of experience across multiple sectors of the nightlife industry. His background includes working as a nightclub DJ, concert promoter, and operator of mainstream dance clubs, as well as owning and managing adult-oriented venues throughout the United States.

Over the years, Mike has developed a deep understanding of the operational realities of nightlife businesses—from entertainment programming and promotion to staffing, licensing, and regulatory compliance. His experience spans a variety of venues that fall under the umbrella of Adult Oriented Businesses, giving him practical insight into the similarities and differences in local laws, ordinances, and operating structures across different markets.

Through Mike Davis Presents!, Mike works with club owners, brokers, and industry professionals to explore management opportunities, operational transitions, and acquisition strategies designed to protect the long-term value of nightlife venues.

Originally headquartered in Las Vegas, the company continues to maintain its Nevada business address while Mike has personally relocated to the Tampa Bay area of Florida, where he is actively expanding his work with nightclub operators throughout the region and beyond.

Adrianah Block began her career with Mike Davis Presents! as Executive Personal Assistant to founder Mike Davis after he recognized her strong entrepreneurial spirit while she was working at one of his clubs. Over time, she proved herself to be an invaluable and trusted member of the team.

Adrianah is based in Cincinnati, Ohio, where she owns and operates a successful Airbnb business as well as a large industrial janitorial cleaning service. Despite managing her own growing ventures, she remains actively involved with Mike Davis Presents! and its mission to acquire and operate highly profitable adult entertainment venues nationwide. Adrianah continues to serve as Personal Assistant to founder Mike Davis, supporting the company’s ongoing development and operations.

Marcus Schulte serves as Legal Counsel and Chief Financial Officer for Mike Davis Presents! A respected contract and entertainment attorney, Marcus brings extensive experience advising businesses across the nightlife and entertainment industries.

Marcus joined Mike Davis Presents!, LLC in 2018 as lead counsel, providing legal guidance on contracts, transactions, and regulatory compliance. In recognition of his strategic insight and financial expertise, he was appointed Chief Financial Officer in 2021.

He is well versed in the laws, regulations, and ordinances governing Adult Oriented Businesses (AOB) and has significant experience in entertainment law, business finance, accounting, and complex negotiations. Marcus plays a key role in structuring deals, advising on compliance matters, and supporting the company’s acquisition and growth strategy.

Marcus is also the founder and owner of Schulte Law Group, based in Northern Kentucky. A close personal friend and longtime colleague of founder Mike Davis, Marcus works closely with the leadership team to guide the company’s legal and financial strategy. He maintains a home in Tampa, Florida and travels nationwide to consult on entertainment law and nightlife-related business matters.
